This policy explains how e.Mix processes the personal data collected on this website, in accordance with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018).

What data we collect

Data you provide: name, e-mail, phone, company and job title — when you fill in forms (contact, demo requests, content downloads) or talk to our team.

Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referral source, through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking technologies).

How we use it and on what legal basis

We process your data for the following purposes, under the LGPD legal bases indicated:

  • Responding to requests and getting in touch (answering forms, scheduling demos, providing support) — consent and/or legitimate interest.
  • Sending marketing communications (news, content and information about our products) — consent, with an unsubscribe option in every message.
  • Measuring traffic, improving the site and assessing campaign performance, including remarketing — legitimate interest, with the opt-out option described below.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure audience and carry out marketing activities. The tools in use are:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4: measures traffic and browsing behavior so we can improve the site.
  • Advertising and remarketing — Google Ads and the LinkedIn Insight Tag: measure campaign performance, build audiences and allow visitors to be re-engaged with ads on other platforms.
  • Functional and support — JivoChat: powers the support chat and sets its own cookies to keep the session. Embedded content (for example, YouTube videos) may also set its own cookies.

How to refuse or opt out:

  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies.
  • Google ads: adssettings.google.com.
  • LinkedIn: in your account’s Settings & Privacy, under ad preferences (Advertising data).

The analytics and advertising purposes rely on legitimate interest. You may object to this processing at any time through the means above or the contacts below.

Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only when necessary:

  • With the technology providers that operate the tools above (Google, LinkedIn and JivoChat), strictly for the purposes described; each processes data under its own privacy policy.
  • When required by law or by a competent authority.
  • In the event of a corporate reorganization (merger or acquisition), data may be transferred to the successor, subject to this policy.

Your rights

At any time you may confirm the existence of processing and access your data, correct it, request its deletion, withdraw consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest, among the other rights set out in Article 18 of the LGPD. To exercise them, use the contacts below.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we follow market best practices.
